Job summary

Katapult Group is seeking a Field Retail Growth Manager to serve as the in-market representative across Pennsylvania and New York. This remote role requires travel and focuses on driving adoption, revenue growth, and partner engagement within franchise and store leadership.

The role reports to the Head of National Field Retail Sales & Growth and emphasizes end-to-end program execution,-store visits, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver best-in-class customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of retail store leadership experience required.
• Experience within financial services is required; lending experience preferred.
• Ability to influence and lead through partnership without direct authority.
• Strong operational acumen with capability to analyze performance data.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with executive and store leadership; drive adoption and revenue targets.
• Serve as primary field contact for assigned partners; protect revenue and enable sales.
• Monitor store performance, identify trends, and develop action plans with leadership.
• Identify growth opportunities and expand awareness and utilization of Katapult’s lease-to-own solution.
• Oversee end-to-end program execution from pre-launch to optimization; ensure compliance.
