Job summary

Community Choice Financial Family of Brands is seeking a Field Retail Growth Partner to lead in-market growth across Ohio and Great Lakes. Remote with travel, you will drive adoption, revenue growth, and partner engagement through franchise and store leadership, serving as the liaison between field partners and Katapult teams.

You will oversee end-to-end program execution, conduct store visits, train staff, and provide actionable insights to improve performance while representing the Katapult

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of retail store leadership experience.
• Experience in financial services, with near-prime or non-prime lending preferred.
• Ability to influence and lead through partnerships without direct authority.
• Strong operational acumen to analyze performance data and translate into actions.
• Proven capacity to drive behavior change and adoption at store level.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with executive and store leadership to drive adoption and revenue.
• Serve as primary field contact for assigned partners; resolve issues and protect revenue.
• Monitor performance via dashboards and store metrics; develop action plans with leadership.
• Identify growth opportunities and execute grassroots strategies to expand program usage.
• Oversee end-to-end execution of the lease-to-own program from pre-launch to post-implementation.
• Conduct store visits, audits and reviews to reinforce standards and improve performance.
• Coach retail teams on corrective actions, onboarding and ongoing training.
