Katapult is seeking a Field Retail Growth Partner to lead in-market activities across Pennsylvania and New York. This remote role requires frequent travel and reports to the Head of National Field Retail Sales & Growth.

You will drive adoption, revenue growth, and partner engagement across franchise, regional, district, and store leadership while ensuring seamless delivery of Katapult’s lease-to-own solutions.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years of retail store leadership experience.
• Experience within financial services; near-prime lending experience preferred.
• Ability to influence and lead without direct authority.
• Strong operational acumen with ability to analyze performance & trends.
• Proven experience driving behavior change at the store level.
• Strong presentation and training capabilities.
• Self-starter with ability to manage a multi-state territory independently.
• High level of professionalism, accountability and executive presence.

Aufgaben

• Build and maintain relationships with executive and regional leaders to drive adoption and revenue.
• Serve as primary field contact for assigned partners and protect revenue.
• Monitor performance using dashboards and store-level metrics; identify trends and gaps.
• Identify growth opportunities and implement grassroots strategies.
• Partner with store teams to remove friction and improve workflows.
• Oversee end-to-end execution of the lease-to-own program from pre-launch to optimization.
• Conduct regular store visits, audits and business reviews.
• Ensure adherence to policies, standards and compliance; coach teams accordingly.
• Lead onboarding and ongoing training for retail sales associates and leadership.
• Deliver workshops on selling strategies and customer experience.
• Monitor competitive activity and market dynamics; provide strategic feedback.
• Collaborate cross-functional with Business Development, Client Success, Marketing, Risk, and Operations.
• Celebrate wins and share best practices with associates.
