Katapult Group is seeking a Field Retail Growth Partner to serve as the primary in-market representative for PA and NY. This role drives adoption, revenue growth, and partner engagement across franchise and store leadership, while ensuring seamless delivery of Katapult’s financial services through omnichannel partners.

Remote with travel required. You will oversee end-to-end program execution, perform store visits and reviews, and coach teams on standards and compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of retail store leadership experience.
• Experience within financial services; near-prime lending preferred.
• Ability to influence and lead without direct authority.
• Strong operational acumen with reporting and analytics.
• Proven ability to drive behavior change at store level.
• Strong presentation and training capabilities.
• Self-starter with multi-state territory management.
• High level of professionalism and executive presence.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with executives and store teams to drive adoption and revenue targets.
• Serve as primary field contact for partners; resolve issues and protect revenue.
• Monitor performance with dashboards; identify trends and plan improvements.
• Identify growth opportunities and expand awareness and utilization.
• Partner with store teams to remove friction in processes.
• Oversee end-to-end execution of the lease-to-own program from pre-launch to optimization.
• Conduct store visits, audits, and business reviews to reinforce standards.
• Ensure adherence to policies and coach on corrective actions.
• Lead onboarding and ongoing training for retail teams and store leadership.
• Deliver workshops on selling strategies and customer experience.
• Provide targeted product knowledge training to staff.
• Monitor market dynamics and provide actionable insights to leadership.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless program execution.
• Represent Katapult at retail meetings and events; support merchandising.
