Job summary

Inspire Medical Systems Inc. is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager to optimize patient access and reduce reimbursement barriers across provider sites including hospitals and ambulatory centers.

You will build relationships with providers, offices, and cross-functional teams to navigate payer challenges and expand access to Inspire therapies. A Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years in reimbursement are required, with travel up to 25% and CPC/COC certification a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in business, science or healthcare administration.
• 7+ years in reimbursement/market access with complex payer claims experience (Medicare and commercial).
• Deep knowledge of coding, coverage and payment for implantable medical devices.
• Experience engaging with HCPs at multiple sites and in group settings.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with internal/external partners.

Responsibilities

• Be the subject matter expert on coding, coverage, and payment for Medicare and commercial payers.
• Communicate reimbursement education and resources to customers across multiple sites of service.
• Navigate and address account and patient access issues with internal and external stakeholders.
• Respond to client requests for site visits, business reviews, and reimbursement needs.
• Build relationships through reimbursement engagements with Sales, Marketing, Medical Education, and Legal.
