McKesson is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager (FRM) to support reimbursement and patient services across a defined territory. You will educate offices on benefit investigations, prior authorizations, and claims processes while coordinating with physicians and manufacturers to optimize patient outcomes.

The role requires travel, strong presentation skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• 4-year degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of healthcare related reimbursement experience.
• Experience with Buy & Bill and/or Specialty Pharmacy.
• Must have Medicare and commercial insurance coverage experience.
• Proven presentation skills and experience.
• Proven ability to effectively handle multiple priorities and excellent organizational skills.
• Strong Computer literacy to include PowerPoint and Web Meeting experience.

Responsabilidades

• Provide on-site and on-demand education for reimbursement challenges and support services.
• Educate on Benefit Investigation, Prior Authorization Process, and Medicare/Commercial coverage.
• Reimbursement Support on Case management, billing and coding updates, claims submission, and appeals.
• Set up appointments and complete outbound calls to targeted offices; assist in backlog casework.
• Monitor program performance and territory activity via FRM CRM dashboard and reports.
• Compile provider and manufacturer representative information for reimbursement database.
