Job summary

Qualifications

• 4-year degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of healthcare reimbursement experience.
• Experience with Buy & Bill and/or Specialty Pharmacy.
• Medicare and commercial insurance experience.
• Proven presentation skills and multi-tasking ability.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient with PowerPoint and virtual meeting tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and remote education for reimbursement challenges.
• Educate on Benefit Investigation and Prior Authorization processes.
• Support in case management, billing, coding updates, and claims.
• Set up appointments and perform outbound calls to offices.
• Monitor program performance and compile client reports.
• Compile provider information for reimbursement database.
