Job summary

McKesson is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager (FRM) to support reimbursment activities across designated territories, including Colorado. Qualifications

• 4-year degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of healthcare related reimbursement experience.
• Experience with Buy & Bill and/or Specialty Pharmacy.
• Experience in insurance verification, prior authorizations, and/or claim adjudication.
• Medicare and commercial insurance coverage experience.
• Strong presentation and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and on-demand education for office staff regarding reimbursement challenges and services.
• Reimbursement support on case management, billing and coding updates, and claims processing.
• Collaborate with case managers on escalations; track activities in FRM CRM.
• Set up appointments and perform outbound calls to targeted offices.
• Assist with backlog casework and in-office tasks.
• Interface with physicians and manufacturer representatives to obtain provider information.
• Monitor program performance and provide quarterly/client reports.
