Qualifications

• 4-year degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of healthcare related reimbursement experience.
• Proven presentation skills and experience.
• Medicare and commercial insurance coverage experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and on-demand education for reimbursement challenges and support services.
• Educate on Benefit Investigation, Prior Authorization processes, and Medicare/Commercial coverage.
• Reimbursement support on case management, billing and coding updates, claims assistance, and appeals.
• Set up appointments, make outbound calls to targeted offices, and coordinate with providers and manufacturers.
• Monitor program performance and report trends; quarterly client reporting.
• Research provider and manufacturer data for reimbursement databases and FRM CRM entries.
