Job summary

McKesson Corporation is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager (FRM) to support reimbursement and patient services across a designated territory. You will educate office staff on benefits investigations, prior authorizations, and related services, in both remote and on-site settings.

In this fast-paced, client-facing role, you will travel to provider offices, build strong relationships with physician offices and manufacturers, and ensure timely, accurate reimbursement.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of healthcare related reimbursement experience.
• Experience with Medicare and commercial insurance coverage.
• Proven presentation skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and on-demand education for office staff on reimbursement challenges and available services.
• Educate on Benefit Investigation, Prior Authorization, and payer landscape; report activity monthly.
• Collaborate with case managers on reimbursement cases and document outcomes.
• Set up appointments, outbound calls to offices, and coordinate with physicians and manufacturers.
