McKesson is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager (FRM) to oversee an assigned territory, supporting reimbursement and patient services while educating offices on payer landscapes. This client-facing role combines on-site visits with remote interactions to ensure optimal benefit outcomes.

The FRM will travel up to 80% across the territory, build relationships with physician offices and manufacturer representatives, and rely on Medicare and commercial insurance knowledge to relay complex benefit

Formación

• 4-year degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• Healthcare reimbursement experience in Medicare/Commercial plans.
• Ability to educate offices on payer landscape and services.

Responsabilidades

• Provide on-site and remote education on reimbursement challenges.
• Educate on Benefit Investigation, Prior Authorization, and claims process.
• Perform case management and coordinate with hub team for escalations.
• Set up appointments, make outbound calls, and manage vendor interactions.
• Monitor performance and report trends to management and client.
• Compile provider/provider-specific reimbursement data in CRM.
