Job summary

Ladders is assisting a client in seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager-Southeast. This remote US-based role acts as a regional reimbursement and access expert, partnering with market access leadership, specialty pharmacy, hub services, and prescribers to remove barriers and accelerate treatment initiation.

You will translate payer policy changes into practical guidance, educate providers, and coordinate with hubs, pharmacies, and prescribers to improve patient access.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 8+ years in biotech/pharma focused on reimbursement and market access.
• Deep understanding of U.S. payer systems.
• Experience with specialty pharmacy and hub models.
• Strong knowledge of compliance in patient support services.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a regional expert on reimbursement for the company’s therapies
• Educate healthcare providers on reimbursement processes
• Identify and address access barriers in payer environments
• Support integration of access processes into provider workflows
• Provide education on patient support programs
• Share payer policy trends with market access leadership
• Coordinate among hubs, pharmacies, and prescribers to support patient access
