Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager-Pacific to join our team. This remote US-based role acts as the regional reimbursement and access expert, supporting specialty therapies across the Pacific region and collaborating with payers, providers, and hub services to improve patient access.

You will educate external partners, remove reimbursement barriers, and share field insights to inform access strategy and execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8+ years of biotech or pharma experience in reimbursement and market access.
• Deep understanding of U.S. payer systems and coverage pathways.
• Experience with specialty pharmacy and hub models.
• Strong knowledge of compliance requirements for patient support services.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a regional expert on reimbursement and access for the company's therapies.
• Educate healthcare providers on reimbursement processes and coverage pathways.
• Identify and address access barriers within payer environments.
• Integrate access processes into provider workflows.
• Provide education on patient support programs.
• Share payer policy trends with Market Access leadership.
• Coordinate among hubs, specialty pharmacies, and prescriber offices to facilitate patient access.
