Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager for Michigan to join a leader in Pharmaceuticals & Biotech. This remote-friendly role guides reimbursement strategy, supports authorization workflows, and partners with healthcare providers and internal teams to expand patient access.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 5–8 years in biotech/pharma with reimbursement experience; Master’s preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field; Master's preferred.
• 5-8 years of biotech/pharma, including prior Field Reimbursement Manager experience.
• Preferred experience in rare diseases.
• Strong understanding of healthcare reimbursement processes and regulations.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
• Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plans to optimize community access to products and therapies.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on authorization processes and collaborate with internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and industry standards.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers and stakeholders to address access issues.
• Evaluate and manage institutional pharmacies to support optimal community access.
• Use data analysis to assess and improve access and reimbursement processes.
• Manage community support programs to enhance treatment adherence.
