Job summary

LAdders is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager for a client in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This remote role focuses on improving patient access to therapies across community and institutional settings in Pennsylvania.

You will partner with healthcare providers, pharmacies, and access teams to remove reimbursement barriers, ensure timely treatment initiation and adherence, and navigate regulatory requirements in a highly regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 5-8 years of biotech or pharma experience with prior Field Reimbursement Manager exposure.
• Knowledge of rare diseases and healthcare reimbursement regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plans to optimize community access to products and therapies.
• Serve as an expert on authorization processes and collaborate with internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and industry standards.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers and pharmacies to address access issues.
• Evaluate and manage institutional pharmacies to support optimal community access.
• Use data analysis to assess and improve access and reimbursement processes.
• Manage community support programs to enhance treatment access and adherence.
