Job summary

Ladders is assisting a client in seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager-Southeast. This remote US-based role acts as a regional reimbursement and access expert, partnering with market access leadership, specialty pharmacy, hub services, and prescribers to remove barriers and accelerate treatment initiation.

You will translate payer policy changes into practical guidance, educate providers, and coordinate with hubs, pharmacies, and prescribers to improve patient access.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 8+ years in biotech/pharma focused on reimbursement and market access.
• Deep understanding of U.S. payer systems.
• Experience with specialty pharmacy and hub models.
• Strong knowledge of compliance in patient support services.

For our client, we are seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager-Southeast to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space.

This role will serve as a regional reimbursement and access expert, helping healthcare providers navigate payer processes and patient support pathways across the Southeast. You will partner closely with market access leadership, specialty pharmacy, hub services, and prescriber offices to improve access for patients receiving the company’s therapies. The position focuses on removing reimbursement barriers, educating stakeholders, and translating payer policy changes into practical guidance that supports timely treatment initiation.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $185,000 – $230,000 annually
