Ladders is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager I & I to join our client’s pharmaceutical leadership team. You will help healthcare providers navigate reimbursement pathways so patients access prescribed therapies without delays.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of pharmaceutical industry experience, preferably in sales or coding and reimbursement.
• Strong understanding of specialty drug reimbursement and government payment systems.
• B.S. or B.A. degree required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct office calls with healthcare providers to support patient access to products.
• Educate HCPs and office staff on local payer landscapes and reimbursement policies.
• Distribute approved materials related to coverage and reimbursement.
• Provide education on financial assistance offerings and enrollment processes.
• Coordinate with patient access programs to understand payer requirements.
• Address inquiries regarding prescription statuses for enrolled patients.
• Utilize case notes systems compliantly.
