Job summary

argenx is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager (FRM) to serving as the primary reimbursement and patient access resource for healthcare providers in the assigned territory. You will educate providers on access pathways, prior authorizations, and claims, and develop account-specific strategies to resolve barriers.

The role requires deep payer policy knowledge, collaboration across teams, and travel across the geography.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of reimbursement, patient access, market access, or related healthcare experience.
• Experience with therapies reimbursed under medical and pharmacy benefits, including Medicare/Medicaid.
• Strong communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary reimbursement and patient access resource for providers in the assigned territory, building trusted relationships in person and virtually.
• Educate customers on patient access, reimbursement policies, prior authorizations, claims, appeals, and billing considerations.
• Develop account-specific access strategies and provide guidance to navigate reimbursement challenges.
• Manage complex reimbursement issues with urgency and professionalism while sharing payer insights to improve access.
