Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager to support argenx's immunology portfolio by optimizing patient access and reimbursement across medical and pharmacy benefit channels. The role requires educating providers, resolving coverage issues, and developing access strategies within a dynamic, cross-functional team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 5+ years' reimbursement experience.
• Deep knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance reimbursement models.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience supporting biologics, immunology, or rare disease therapies.
• Familiarity with buy-and-bill, infusion reimbursement, site-of-care, and payer management strategies.

• educate healthcare providers on coverage policies, prior authorizations, claims, and appeals
• develop account-specific access strategies
• manage complex reimbursement issues
• collaborate with cross-functional teams including Patient Support Services, Market Access, and Sales
• develop territory plans utilizing CRM and data analytics
• ensure operational compliance and address access barriers proactively

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with 5+ years' experience in reimbursement, patient access, or specialty healthcare
