Job summary

argenx is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager to drive patient access for its portfolio, including VYVGART, in the United States. The role emphasizes payer education, access strategy development, and strong cross-functional collaboration within a fast-paced biotech environment.

You will partner with Patient Services, Market Access, and other stakeholders, leveraging Medicare/Medicaid knowledge, claims and prior authorization experience, and CRM/data analytics skills to optimize provider access

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 5+ years in reimbursement, patient access, market access, or related healthcare experience.
• Demonstrated expertise supporting therapies reimbursed under medical and pharmacy benefits, incl. Medicare/Medicaid and prior authorizations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary reimbursement and patient access resource for healthcare providers in the assigned territory.
• Educate customers on patient access, reimbursement policies, prior authorizations, claims and appeals.
• Develop account-specific access strategies and guidance on reimbursement challenges.
• Manage complex reimbursement issues and share payer insights to inform strategy.
