argenx is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager to drive patient access for its portfolio across medical and pharmacy benefits. You will educate providers on reimbursement pathways, develop access strategies, and partner with cross-functional teams to remove barriers to therapy access.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in reimbursement or market access, deep knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid/commercial payers, and a willingness to travel across the territory.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; 5+ years of reimbursement, patient access, market access, specialty pharmacy, or related healthcare experience.
• Demonstrated expertise supporting therapies reimbursed under both medical and pharmacy benefits, including Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance.
• Proven ability to build productive relationships with healthcare providers and office staff; strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating across cross-functional teams to drive patient access solutions.
• Experience in neurology, immunology, rare disease, or complex specialty therapeutic areas.
• Knowledge of buy-and-bill, infusion reimbursement, site-of-care optimization, and payer management strategies.
• Willingness to travel extensively throughout the assigned geography.

Aufgaben

• Serve as primary reimbursement and patient access resource for healthcare providers and staff within the assigned territory; build trusted relationships through in-person and virtual engagement.
• Educate customers on patient access, reimbursement, coverage policies, prior authorizations, claims, appeals, billing and coding considerations, and specialty pharmacy processes.
• Develop account-specific access strategies and guidance on reimbursement challenges; help providers navigate access barriers in line with company policy.
• Manage complex reimbursement issues and escalations; share customer insights to inform business strategy and improve provider and patient experience.
