Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with 5+ years of reimbursement, patient access, market access, specialty pharmacy, or related healthcare experience.
• Strong knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, commercial insurance, prior authorizations, claims, appeals, and patient access pathways.
• Experience supporting therapies reimbursed under both medical and pharmacy benefits; ability to build relationships with healthcare providers.

Responsabilités

• Serve as primary reimbursement and patient access resource for healthcare providers within the assigned territory.
• Educate customers on patient access, reimbursement, coverage policies, prior authorizations, claims, appeals, and billing considerations.
• Develop account-specific access strategies and guidance on reimbursement challenges.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support timely patient access and provider experience.
