Argenx is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager (FRM) to drive patient access and reimbursement for its portfolio in the United States. You will educate providers, navigate Medicare/Medicaid and commercial payer policies, and build access strategies to minimize barriers to therapy.

You will partner with Patient Services, Market Access, and Field leadership to execute territory plans, manage accounts, and travel as needed.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 5+ years in reimbursement or patient access.
• Experience supporting therapies reimbursed under medical and pharmacy benefits, incl. Medicare/Medicaid.
• Strong communication, organization and customer engagement skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate cross-functionally.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as primary reimbursement and patient access resource for providers in the territory.
• Educate on reimbursement, policies, prior authorizations, claims, and appeals.
• Develop access strategies and address reimbursement challenges with policy alignment.
• Manage complex issues and share payer insights to inform strategy.
• Collaborate with Patient Services, Market Access, and other teams to ensure access.
• Develop territory plans and use CRM, data analytics to track performance.
