Job summary

Heartflow is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager to serve as the embedded reimbursement expert within the Northeast regional field team. This remote/field-based role involves solving coding, billing, and access barriers to accelerate patient access to Heartflow’s cCTA pathway and related services.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of coding and billing experience managing both governmental and commercial claims.
• Experience supporting large health systems or hospital billing optimization.
• Experience embedded within a commercial sales organization (medical device/diagnostics preferred).

Responsibilities

• Attend strategic customer calls to address coding, billing, and access concerns, positioning Heartflow as a consultative resource.
• Partner with Field Sales Team to identify facilities needing reimbursement support and develop strategies.
• Educate the commercial team on coding updates, billing trends, and payer developments to keep the field aligned.
• Conduct onsite visits and remote consultations to educate customers on billing scenarios and documentation requirements.
• Support customers across pre-service through post-service claims and appeals.
