Job summary

Heartflow is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager to act as the embedded reimbursement expert within the commercial field team. You will address coding, billing and access concerns while partnering with field sales to identify facilities needing support.

Remote, field-based role covering the Northeast region; travel up to 30% and relocation within the region may be required. Strong coding and payer policy expertise needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of coding and billing experience with governmental and commercial claims.
• Experience embedded within a commercial sales org (medical device, diagnostics, or similar).
• Must be able to relocate to Northeast states and live within the region.

Responsibilities

• Operate as embedded reimbursement expert within commercial field team and enable sales success.
• Attend strategic customer calls to address coding, billing, and access concerns.
• Partner with Field Sales to identify facilities needing reimbursement support and develop strategies.
• Educate the team on coding updates, billing trends, and payer developments.
