HeartFlow is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager to act as the embedded reimbursement expert within the commercial field team. You will address coding and access concerns, guide customers through pre‑service and post‑service workflows, and help the sales force resolve barriers to reimbursement.

Remote, field-based role focused on the Northeast region; travel ~30% with relocation not offered. You will translate payer policies into actionable guidance for customers and internal teams.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years coding and billing experience with government and commercial claims.
• Experience operating within or embedded in a commercial sales organization.
• Bachelor’s degree plus professional coding certifications preferred.

• Attend strategic calls to address coding, billing, and access concerns with Heartflow as a consultative resource.
• Partner with field sales to identify facilities needing reimbursement support and develop strategies.
• Educate the commercial team on coding updates, billing trends, and payer developments.
• Support customers across the full reimbursement cycle from pre‑service to appeals.
