Job summary

Heartflow seeks a Senior Field Reimbursement Manager to serve as the embedded reimbursement expert within the commercial field team. You will address coding, billing, and access concerns, enabling sales success and improving patient access across the cCTA pathway.

You will educate the commercial team on payer developments, partner with field sales to remove barriers, and conduct claim reviews to optimize reimbursement outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of coding and billing experience
• Experience in medical service coding and reimbursement
• Experience operating within a commercial sales organization
• Must be in or able to relocate to states

Responsibilities

• Attend strategic customer calls to address complex coding, billing, and access concerns, positioning Heartflow as a consultative resource
• Proactively partner with Field Sales Team to identify facilities needing reimbursement support and develop strategies to address barriers
• Educate the commercial team on coding updates, billing trends, and payer developments, ensuring alignment
• Partner with customers to optimize prior authorization workflows and claims appeals processes
• Conduct claim reviews to identify patterns and provide recommendations to resolve issues
