Job summary

Heartflow seeks a Field Reimbursement Manager to drive access for its coronary imaging solutions. You will act as the embedded reimbursement expert within the commercial field team, guiding strategic calls and partnering with sales to remove access barriers for hospitals and providers.

You will lead education on coding updates, payer trends, and coverage policies, while supporting customers from pre-service authorizations through post-service appeals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of coding and billing experience in medical claims.
• Experience supporting large health systems or hospital billing optimization.
• Embedded within a commercial sales organization is preferred.
• Must live in or relocate to Northeast states.

Responsibilities

• Serve as embedded reimbursement expert within the field commercial team.
• Attend strategic calls to address coding, billing, and access concerns.
• Partner with field sales to identify facilities needing reimbursement support.
• Educate the commercial team on coding updates, billing trends, and payer developments.
• Support customers across pre-service to post-service claims and appeals.
• Optimize prior authorization workflows and billing processes.
• Coordinate with revenue cycle and finance for chargemaster alignment.
• Review claims to identify patterns and provide actionable recommendations.
