Job summary

ITF Therapeutics LLC is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager to facilitate patient access to new therapies. You will work remotely from Central US, travel up to 70%, educate providers, and partner with sales, hub, and specialty pharmacy teams to resolve access barriers.

You will leverage deep reimbursement knowledge, engage with payers, and guide complex access strategies across multiple accounts, with emphasis on contracting and policy compliance.

Qualifications

• B.S./B.A. degree or higher with 8+ years in pharma/biotech.
• Understanding of coverage and reimbursement for oral and injectable therapies.
• Experience with Specialty Pharmacy operations and Patient Support.
• Knowledge of payer/PBM utilization management tactics for new therapies.
• Knowledge of contracting and pricing regulations governing pharma products.
• Knowledge of laws protecting patient information and access policies.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as reimbursement expert in assigned territory and educate providers.
• Educate on prior authorization, coverage status, and alternative funding options.
• Serve as liaison between sales, hub, and specialty pharmacy teams.
• Develop relationships with HCPs and health care systems to enable access.
• Assist customers in navigating specialty pharmacy distribution and enrollments.
• Partner with sales to identify accounts with reimbursement issues.
• Conduct strategic analyses to identify access opportunities and risks.
