Job summary

ITF Therapeutics LLC is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager to advance patient access by leveraging coverage policies and payer expertise across the Central US accounts. The role interfaces with hub services, specialty pharmacy, and regional sales to minimize access barriers for patients and providers.

You will educate providers on prior authorization, coverage status, and funding options, while traveling up to 70% to meet with key accounts and participate in conferences and field calls.

Qualifications

• Degree or higher with 8+ years of pharma/biotech experience.
• Expertise in biotech drug distribution across specialty distributors, specialty pharmacies, and hospital systems.
• Strong knowledge of coverage and reimbursement for oral and injectable therapies.
• Deep knowledge of payer/PBM utilization management tactics for new therapies.
• Experience with contracting, pricing, and pull-through contracts.
• Familiar with OIG and FDA regulations and PhRMA code.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate deep reimbursement and access knowledge as territory expert.
• Educate providers on prior authorization, coverage status, payer appeals, and funding options.
• Serve as liaison between sales reps and external customers.
• Collaborate with hub and specialty pharmacy team to ensure timely access.
• Travel up to 70% to meet customers and travel with sales and regional colleagues.
• Partner with sales and regional teams to address reimbursement issues.
• Perform strategic analyses to develop business plans.
