Job summary

Qualifications

• B.S./B.A. degree or higher with 8+ years in pharma/biotech.
• Deep understanding of coverage and reimbursement for therapies.
• Strong knowledge of Specialty Pharmacy operations and payer processes.
• Proven ability to navigate contracting and pricing regulations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as reimbursement expert for assigned territory and educate providers on PA requirements.
• Partner with sales, hub, and specialty pharmacy to resolve access issues.
• Develop and implement access strategies across payer mix and networks.
• Perform strategic analyses to identify issues and opportunities in patient access.
• Travel extensively to meet customers and attend conferences (up to 70%).
• Maintain relationships with HCPs and health systems to minimize access barriers.
