Job summary

ITF Therapeutics LLC seeks a Field Reimbursement Manager to enable patient access for new therapies. You will navigate payer policies, educate providers, and partner with hub and specialty pharmacy teams. Expect significant travel (up to 70%) across Texas, Missouri, Illinois, Michigan, Wisconsin, and Minnesota, supporting field sales efforts.

The role requires 8+ years in pharma/biotech, deep reimbursement know-how, and strong cross-functional influence to optimize access.

Qualifications

• Degree or higher and 8+ years of experience in pharma/biotech.
• Expertise in biotech drug distribution across distributors and hospitals.
• Strong knowledge of coverage and reimbursement for oral and injectable therapies.
• Experience with Specialty Pharmacy operations and patient support.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME in reimbursement and access for assigned territory.
• Educate providers on prior authorization, coverage, and appeals timelines.
• Collaborate with sales and hub/SP teams to resolve access issues.
• Travel up to ~70% to call on providers and conferences.
• Analyze data to develop business plans identifying issues and opportunities.
• Ensure compliant contracting, pricing, and access with payers and regulators.
