Job summary

ITF Therapeutics LLC seeks a Field Reimbursement Manager to drive patient access strategies across the Central US via remote work and up to 70% travel. This role partners with sales, hub, and specialty pharmacy teams to optimize access for patients.

The candidate will educate providers on prior authorizations, coverage status, and payer processes, while influencing cross-functional teams and staying compliant with industry regulations.

Qualifications

• Degree or higher plus 8+ years in pharma/biotech.
• Expertise in biotech drug distribution across specialty distributors, specialty pharmacies, and hospital systems.
• Understanding of coverage/reimbursement for oral and injectable therapies.
• Specialty Pharmacy operations and third-party services (Patient Support).
• Payer/PBM utilization management tactics and contracting awareness.

Responsibilities

• Travel up to 70% to call on key providers and stakeholders.
• Educate providers on prior authorization, coverage status, and appeals requirements.
• Serve as liaison between sales, hub, and specialty pharmacy teams.
• Develop business plans to identify issues and opportunities in access.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve reimbursement barriers for patients.
