Job summary

ITF Therapeutics is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager to enable patient access for our therapies across multiple states. You will serve as the reimbursement expert, lead provider education on coverage and prior authorization, and collaborate with sales, hub, and specialty pharmacy teams to resolve access barriers.

You will travel extensively in the field to call on providers and influencers, shaping access strategies and ensuring timely patient delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in reimbursement and access for oral and injectable therapies.
• Deep knowledge of payer/PBM utilization management tactics.
• Experience with specialty pharmacy operations and patient support.
• Understanding of pharma contracting, pricing, and compliance.
• Knowledge of laws protecting patient information and access offerings.

Responsibilities

• Serve as subject matter expert on reimbursement and access in the assigned territory.
• Educate providers on prior authorization, coverage, and funding options.
• Partner with sales, hub, and specialty pharmacy to resolve access issues.
• Develop strategic analyses and business plans to identify access opportunities.
• Travel to call on providers and influencers across the region (up to 70%).
