Job summary

ITF Therapeutics LLC is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager to support patient access for new therapies. You will educate providers on prior authorization, coverage status, and payer requirements while partnering with the hub and specialty pharmacy team.

This role requires deep payer knowledge, cross-functional collaboration with sales and medical teams, and up to 70% travel across multiple states. A Bachelor's degree and 8+ years in pharma/biotech are required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in pharma/biotech with drug distribution know-how.
• Deep understanding of coverage and reimbursement for oral and injectable therapies.
• Specialty Pharmacy operations and third-party services expertise.
• Knowledge of patient data protection and access regulations.

Responsibilities

• Educate providers on prior authorization requirements and coverage status.
• Serve as liaison between sales reps and external customers.
• Collaborate with hub/SP teams to ensure timely access and favorable coverage.
• Travel up to 70% to meet providers and attend conferences.
