Job summary

The role involves significant travel (up to 70%), supporting accounts in multiple states and ensuring streamlined access for patients and providers.

Qualifications

• Degree or higher with 8+ years in pharma/biotech access or reimbursement.
• Deep understanding of coverage, reimbursement, and payer criteria.
• Experience with specialty pharmacy operations and patient support.

Responsibilities

• Educate providers on prior authorization requirements and coverage status.
• Serve as liaison between sales, hub, and specialty pharmacy teams.
• Identify accounts with reimbursement issues and insurance delays.
• Travel up to 70% to meet customers and attend conferences.
• Develop strategic analyses and business plans for access improvements.
