Job summary

ITF Therapeutics LLC is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager to advance patient access by leveraging deep expertise in coverage policies, payer requirements, and patient support programs. You will educate providers, partner with hub and specialty pharmacy teams, and support regional sales efforts to minimize access barriers.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry
• Deep knowledge of reimbursement for oral and injectable therapies
• Experience with specialty pharmacy operations and patient support
• Understanding of contracting, pricing and market access regulations

Responsibilities

• Serve as reimbursement subject matter expert for designated territory.
• Educate providers on prior authorization, coverage status, and appeals requirements.
• Act as liaison between sales reps, patient hub and specialty pharmacy teams.
• Assist customers in navigating specialty pharmacy distribution and enrollment processes.
• Travel up to 70% to meet customers and attend conferences.
