Job summary

ITF Therapeutics LLC is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager to optimize patient access to therapies. You will educate providers, partner with hub and specialty pharmacy teams, and align with regional sales to minimize access barriers for patients across Texas, Missouri, Illinois, Michigan, Wisconsin, and Minnesota.

The role requires deep expertise in coverage and reimbursement, specialty pharmacy operations, and payer policy navigation, with significant travel (up to 70%).

Qualifications

• 8+ years in pharma/biotech with distribution across specialty distributors, specialty pharmacies and hospital systems.
• Deep knowledge of coverage and reimbursement for oral and injectable therapies.
• Strong expertise in Specialty Pharmacy operations and patient support services.
• Knowledge of payer utilization management tactics and exclusion lists.
• Experience with contracting, pricing and compliance in pharma marketing.

Responsibilities

• Serve as reimbursement expert in assigned territory and educate providers on access pathways.
• Collaborate with sales, hub, and specialty pharmacy to resolve access barriers for patients.
• Develop strategies to optimize coverage determinations and enrollment processing.
• Identify accounts with reimbursement issues and guide customers through insurance processes.
• Perform analyses to identify opportunities and inform business plans.
