Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Field Recruiter to lead full lifecycle recruiting for stores management across the Northwest US, with a remote base in San Francisco or San Jose. You will develop localized attraction strategies, partner with regional leaders, and ensure a best-in-class candidate experience.

You will travel up to 35% to attend events, train teams, and meet hiring needs, building relationships with store managers while evaluating talent for diverse brand portfolios.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or related experience.
• 1+ years of Talent Acquisition experience.
• Proven success in driving a market-specific talent strategy.
• Strong networking skills both digitally and in person.
• Ability to lead candidate evaluation and selection.

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle recruiting for stores management roles.
• Develop localized attraction strategies for supported markets.
• Partner with Regional & District Managers on talent needs.
