Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Field Recruiter to lead full lifecycle recruiting for store management roles, focusing on NY markets and nearby states in the Northeast.

This remote role is based in New York City, with travel up to 35% for recruiting events and university engagement. You will develop localized attraction strategies, partner with Regional & District Managers, and build strong relationships with store leaders to deliver top talent.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or related experience.
• 1+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or related experience.
• Proven success in driving a talent acquisition strategy for the specific market.
• Strong networking skills through both digital and in-person interactions.

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle recruiting for stores management roles from open role to onboarding.
• Develop localized attraction strategies to drive talent in supported markets.
• Partner with Regional & District Managers to deliver talent for open/anticipated roles.
• Provide best-in-class candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Summarize candidate feedback and hiring recommendations to District Managers.
• Travel in-market and beyond up to 35% for events, universities, and training.
