Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Field Recruiter to lead full lifecycle recruiting for its stores management roles. This role supports SF and nearby Northwest states, with a remote work arrangement across the U.S.

You will attract top talent, craft localized strategies, and deliver a best-in-class candidate experience. You’ll partner with Regional, District and Store managers to align on open roles, evaluate talent, and present recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or related experience.
• 1+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or related experience.
• Proven success in talent acquisition strategy for the specific market.
• Strong networking skills through both digital and in-person interactions.
• Ability to develop a localized talent acquisition strategy end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle recruiting for stores management roles from open role to onboarding.
• Develop localized attraction strategies that drive top talent to supported markets.
• Partner with Regional & District Managers to deliver talent for open and anticipated roles.
• Network and build relationships with future talent.
• Provide a best-in-class candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Summarize feedback and hiring recommendations to District Managers.
• Leverage data and insights to drive results and improve processes.
• Support existing stores and new openings with recruiting initiatives and tools.
• Train teams on recruiting initiatives, tools and processes in stores weekly.
