• Manage full lifecycle recruiting for stores management roles from open role to onboarding.
• Develop new and innovative localized attraction strategies for supported markets.
• Partner with Regional & District Managers to understand talent strategy and deliver talent.
• Network and build relationships with future talent.
• Provide a best-in-class candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Summarize and present candidate feedback and hiring recommendations to District Managers.
• Leverage data and insights to drive results and improve the process.
• Travel up to 35% for events, university engagement and training.
