Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Field Recruiter to manage full lifecycle recruiting for stores management roles across the NY/Northeast region.

This remote position is based in New York City and requires travel up to 35% to events, universities, and training across supported markets. You will partner with Regional & District Managers to deliver local talent strategies, provide an exceptional candidate experience, and leverage data to drive hiring results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or related experience required.
• Proven success in driving a talent acquisition strategy for specific market.
• Strong networking skills through digital and in-person interactions.
• Proven talent evaluation and selection skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage full lifecycle recruiting for stores management roles.
• Develop localized attraction strategies for supported markets.
• Partner with Regional & District Managers on talent strategy.
• Network and build relationships with future talent.
• Provide best-in-class candidate experience throughout the process.
• Summarize feedback and hiring recommendations to District Managers.
• Travel in-market and beyond up to 35% for events and training.
