Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or related experience.
• 1+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or related experience.
• Proven success in driving a talent acquisition strategy for the specific market.
• Strong networking skills through both digital and in-person interactions.

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle recruiting for stores management roles from open role to onboarding.
• Develop localized attraction strategies to drive top talent to supported markets.
• Partner with Regional & District Managers to deliver talent for open and anticipated roles.
• Network and build relationships with future talent.
• Provide a best-in-class candidate experience throughout recruitment.
• Summarize and present candidate feedback and hiring recommendations to District Managers.
• Leverage data and innovation to drive results and share insights.
• Support existing and new stores with recruiting initiatives and training.
• Spend time in stores weekly training teams on recruiting processes and interviewing.
• Project manage ad hoc recruiting initiatives (employer branding, analytics, openings).
• Travel in-market up to 35% for events and university outreach.
