Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Field Recruiter to lead full lifecycle recruiting for store management roles.

This remote position is based in San Francisco or San Jose, covering SF and nearby Northwest markets, with travel up to 35% for events and campus outreach. You’ll develop localized attraction strategies, partner with regional leaders, and deliver a best-in-class candidate experience while leveraging data to optimize hiring.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree or related experience.
• Minimum 1+ year in Talent Acquisition or related field.
• Proven success delivering a talent acquisition strategy in specific markets.
• Strong networking via digital and in-person channels.
• Ability to evaluate and select talent effectively.
• Develop localized talent acquisition strategies to support candidate journeys end-to-end.
• Demonstrates flexibility, adaptability and curiosity to change.
• Collaborates with cross-functional partners to realize brand vision.
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships while handling high-volume work.

Responsibilities

• Own full lifecycle recruiting for stores management roles.
• Develop localized attraction strategies for supported markets.
• Partner with Regional, District, and Store managers to align on roles and profiles.
• Network and engage with future talent and universities.
• Provide best-in-class candidate experience throughout recruitment.
• Summarize candidate feedback and hiring recommendations to District Managers.
• Use data and insights to drive results and refine processes.
• Train store teams on recruiting initiatives, tools, and processes.
• Project manage employer branding and analytics initiatives.
• Travel in-market up to 35% for events and outreach.
