Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills – oral and written.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to policyholder homes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual and on-site investigations by visiting residences to assess property damage and negotiate settlements.
• Use claims software and company vehicle to write estimates in a paperless environment.
• Evaluate subrogation opportunities and report incidents as needed.
• Interact with stakeholders including policyholders, agents and investigators to resolve claims.
