Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent customer service experience, preferably in retail or service.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Computer literate: MS Word, Excel, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Conduct field investigations by visiting policyholders’ homes to assess property damage, determine liability, and negotiate settlements.
• Use claims software and company vehicle to document losses and write estimates.
• Collaborate with policyholders, agents, witnesses, and contractors; ensure accurate reporting.
