Qualifications

• Experience handling homeowners property claims in field and desk settings.
• Active adjuster license or license reciprocity preferred.
• Proficiency in Xactimate and claims lifecycle including supplements, ALE, contents, and full ownership.

Responsibilities

• Estimate damages for complex 1st party homeowners losses.
• Negotiate settlements and document all activities.
• Interpret policy types and ensure regulatory compliance and fair claims practices.
• Build relationships with customers and internal/external stakeholders.
• Assist leadership with training and process improvements.
