National General Holdings Corp. is seeking a Field Property Adjuster to investigate and evaluate homeowners claims from start to finish within the Southbury/Bridgeport CT area and surrounding regions.

The role requires proficiency in Xactimate, strong claims handling, and the ability to manage supplements and ALE while maintaining excellent customer service. Applicants should have an active adjuster license or reciprocity, a proactive approach, and experience in field and desk settings.

Qualifications

• Experience handling homeowners property claims from start to finish is required.
• Strong knowledge of Xactimate and claim lifecycle is preferred.
• Licensing requirements or reciprocity in applicable states is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Investigates and evaluates homeowners property claims from start to finish.
• Confirms facts of loss, determines coverage, assesses damages, and negotiates settlements.
• Manages supplements, ALE, contents, and full claim ownership; documents all activities.
