Job summary

National General Holdings Corp. is seeking a Field Property Adjuster to investigate and evaluate homeowners claims from start to finish.

You will confirm facts of loss, determine coverage, assess damages, and negotiate settlements within your authority while managing supplements, ALE, contents, and personal property losses. You will deliver excellent customer service through clear, timely communication, keeping customers informed throughout the claims process.

Qualifications

• Active adjuster license or license qualifying for reciprocity in applicable states.
• Experience handling homeowners property claims, including supplements and ALE.
• Experience in both field and desk settings is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and evaluate homeowners property claims from start to finish.
• Confirm facts of loss, determine coverage, assess damages and negotiate settlements.
• Manage the claim lifecycle including supplements, ALE, contents and personal property losses.
• Communicate clearly with customers and partners to ensure timely handling.
